Nick Jonas apresentou mais uma música de seu novo projeto, Nick Jonas & The Administration, durante o programa de rádio de Ryan Seacrest, na última quinta (3). Intitulada “Rose Garden”, a canção mostra um estilo mais dark do Jonas mais novo, bem diferente das composições dele para o Jonas Brothers.
Segundo a MTV norte-americana, Nick revelou que não compôs as músicas para seu projeto paralelo pensando em um estilo parecido com o do Jonas Brothers. “Estava trabalhando neste disco e definindo o que seria aquele som, tentando ser verdadeiro com minhas raízes e com quem eu sou como artista e compositor”, revelou Nick.
Nick também comentou o primeiro single do Nick Jonas & The Administration, “Who I Am”, dizendo que ela fala sobre a busca pela pessoa certa para se apaixonar. “Esta foi uma das primeiras músicas que eu gravei para o disco, ela significa muito pra mim. Ela fala sobre a procura pelo amor e a espera para encontrar aquela pessoa que entende quem você é”, afirmou.
