O humorista Marcos da Silva Herédia, de 27 anos, conhecido como Zina do programa “Pânico na TV”, da Rede TV!, foi transferido hoje para o Centro de Detenção Provisória (CDP) da Vila Independência, na capital paulista.
No sábado, o humorista foi preso em flagrante após policiais militares localizarem um revólver calibre 38 com a numeração raspada dentro da casa dele, no Jardim Panamericano, zona oeste da capital.
De acordo com a Secretaria de Segurança Pública (SSP), testemunhas disseram à polícia que Zina atirou diversas vezes para o alto em um matagal perto da casa onde mora. Ele foi levado para a delegacia, onde recebeu voz de prisão em flagrante por porte ilegal de arma.
Essa é a segunda vez que o integrante do Pânico é preso. No dia 28 de outubro do ano passado ele foi detido portando drogas. Na ocasião, foi registrado um termo circunstanciado na delegacia, já que a quantidade da droga apreendida o classificava como usuário.
