Marcelo Tas escreveu em seu Twitter que o quadro “Proteste Já” foi impedido de ser transmitido nesta segunda-feira (15), na reestreia da nova temporada do ”CQC”. “Inacreditável: acabam de nos informar que ordem judicial nos impede de mostrar o ‘Proteste Já’ hoje no ‘CQC’”, escreveu o apresentador do programa.
Danilo Gentili, que comanda o quadro nesta temporada, também protestou em seu microblog: “a máfia de Barueri acaba de impedir, através de um julgamento legal duvidoso, o ‘Proteste de Já’ de ir ao ar”.
De acordo com comunicado da Band, “a justiça decidiu que o quadro não pode ir ao ar antes de dar o direito de resposta para a prefeitura. A emissora respeita, mas vai recorrer da decisão”. A decisão é da juíza Nilza Bueno da Silva, da Vara da Fazenda Pública de Barueri, que acatou a ação da prefeitura.
O quadro mostraria o caso de uma TV que o programa doou a uma escola. O aparelho estava com GPS e foi localizado na casa da diretora da instituição.
“Isso configura uma coisa bastante clara chamada censura e significa que estamos no caminho certo. Eles alegam que nós não demos o direito de resposta, o que é uma coisa absurda porque a matéria ainda não foi ar e também porque as pessoas acusadas foram ouvidas, por isso que o nome disso é censura”, afirmou Marcelo Tas.
