A revista “Vanity Fair” de março traz a lista anual das 40 pessoas que mais ganharam dinheiro em Hollywood no ano. E os diretores de blockbusters é que dominam as dez primeiras posições da lista.
Em primeiro lugar está Michael Bay, diretor de “Transformers”, que faturou algo estimado em US$ 125 milhões. Em seguida está Steven Spileberg (“Indiana Jones”; US$ 85 milhões), Roland Emerich (de “2012”; US$ 70 milhões) e James Cameron (“Avatar”; 50 milhões).
A primeira mulher a aparecer na lista é Emma Watson, em 14º lugar. A Hermione da série “Harry Potter” ganhou aproximadamente US$ 30 milhões no ano – enquanto isso, seu colega de set Daniel Radcliffe ficou com a 6ª posição (US$ 41 milhões). A próxima mulher da lista é Cameron Diaz, com US$ 27 milhões.
Robet Pattinson e Kristen Stewart, os astros da saga “Crepúsculo”, também estão na lista, na 35ª e 37ª posições, respectivamente.
A “Vanity Fair” elaborou a lista dos maiores ganhos de Hollywood com base em dados e entrevistas com agentes, advogados, executivos de estúdios e até mesmo as próprias estrelas. A isso são somados dados de bilheteria internacionais – nos casos em que diretores e atores têm direito a uma certa porcentagem sobre os ganhos dos filmes.
